Questions about online work-outs
Q. I don't have much space at home to work-out; will I be able to follow the videos?
A. I have designed the work-outs to be done in a fairly small area. Ideally, you'll need a 2 metre square space. Do make sure you have a safe area free from slip or trip hazards.
Q. Can I watch the videos on my iPad?
A. Yes, they can be viewed on an iPad, tablet, smart phone, laptop and desk top computer.
Q. If I click on 'Mark as Complete' under a video, do I lose access to that video?
A. No, you will still have access. By 'Marking as Complete' you will be able to see which work-outs you have already done but you are welcome to do the work-outs as many times as you wish.
Questions about weekly community classes
Q. Do I need to wear shoes for your classes?
A. Trainers are recommended for DanceFit and LatinFit; however, FLexercise can be done barefoot, light pumps or trainers.
Q. If I book a 6 week block of classes and miss one class, can I carry it forward to the next block?
A. No, as stated in the Term & Conditions, the 6 classes must be taken within that 6 week period. You can, however, attend another class if you're unable to attend your regular class.
Q. Do I need to bring anything with me to the class?
A. It's a good idea to bring a bottle of water with you. If you are attending an FLexercise class, please bring an exercise mat (I bring spares if you don't have one)
